Thanks for your interest, for integrated circuits, it still under development, we are starting with 555 timer as you see here in the snapshot.
We will rely on NGSpice engine to empower the simulation of integrated circuits, once this feature is ready we will post an update about it on the forum!
Users will be able to add their own models as well, this is on our road map!
