红色发光二极管怎么3v就烧?!

紫色led3.85伏就烧!!!!!!!!现实中5v都没事。希望有时间dcaclab开发组能修改

Hi @alan_wjx

LEDs burn out due to excessive current (overcurrent), not voltage, which means DCACLAB’s simulation is likely assuming a direct voltage connection without a series resistor.

When you connect an LED directly to a voltage source without a current-limiting resistor, the current rises exponentially according to the Shockley diode equation, quickly exceeding the LED’s maximum current rating (usually 20 mA to 30 mA) and destroying it.

LED with Low Resistance:

Note: Basically the purple LED burned out at 3.85V without load(Resistor) or low resistance. We have to know, if we use high voltage and high resistance, no leds will be burned out.
